WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Works as part of the product team and helps develop and maintain the product roadmap
• Creates comprehensive user stories with thorough acceptance criteria for development work
• Analyzes current product functionality and helps identify important usability gaps early on
• Works with the development team to manage product launches
• Becomes a product expert and assists other departments with system training and demos of new features
• Manages product expectations and timelines for internal and external stakeholders
• Drives special projects and carefully manages deliverables across teams and stakeholders
• Facilitates interactions with the leadership, product design, business, and technical teams in support of roadmap implementation
• Identifies, manages and works to solve problems uncovered during the development and implementation process

WHO YOU ARE

• 4 years of relevant experience in a product role, enterprise SaaS software company, or technology consulting firm
• Bachelor’s Degree, business or technical / engineering major a plus
• A dreamer with their head in the clouds and the heart to bring them down to earth.
• A problem solver at heart. Willing to look at any task and figure out a way to do it.
• Right AND left brained being able to drive project plans while thinking through creative solutions our toughest problems.
• Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent software products
• Detail-oriented to manage a complex web of new features, customer requirements and resource capacity
• Excellent communications skills recognizing the various audiences you will interact with
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Love the thrill of a face-paced environment and learning as we go
• Proactive attitude and willingness to think outside of the box to craft and construct the future of haku
• SCRUM certification a plus
