Demand Generation Manager
Marketing | Hybrid in Miami, FL | Full Time
We’re looking for a data-driven, hands-on Demand Generation Manager to build and own scalable programs that fuel pipeline growth and revenue. In this role, you’ll lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns—including paid media, SEO, content, email, events, and ABM—with a sharp focus on generating qualified leads and accelerating conversion.
This is a builder role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves experimentation, and knows how to turn data into actionable programs that scale. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the demand generation function from the ground up, building repeatable, measurable systems that power our go-to-market engine.

WHO YOU ARE
3-5 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing in a B2B SaaS environment.
Proficiency in HubSpot is required—you know how to build workflows, manage lead scoring, and track campaign performance.
Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and website optimization.
Experience planning and executing marketing events (virtual and in-person).
Highly analytical, systems-oriented, and skilled at turning data into insights and scalable programs.
Familiarity with lead enrichment tools, data segmentation, and building nurture models.
Experience or strong interest in leveraging AI to optimize marketing performance
Strong communicator, collaborator, and operator with a builder’s mindset—comfortable owning and evolving programs in a fast-paced startup environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Develop and run integrated demand generation campaigns across paid and owned channels.
Manage and optimize HubSpot for lead nurturing, segmentation, and campaign tracking.
Improve SEO performance through content strategy, on-page optimization, and technical SEO best practices.
Make strategic updates to the website to improve conversion rates and user experience.
Plan and execute event marketing initiatives, from webinars to in-person conferences, ensuring they contribute to pipeline goals.
Work closely with sales to align marketing programs with revenue goals.
Analyze campaign performance, report on key metrics, and continuously refine tactics.
Leverage data enrichment, segmentation, and AI-powered tools to improve targeting, personalization, and campaign efficiency.
Stay curious and experimental: explore emerging channels, technologies, and growth opportunities.
