We are seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Customer Experience Manager with a focus on Fundraising to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our nonprofit customers to support their fundraising goals and deepen engagement with our platform. You will serve as a trusted advisor—guiding partners through campaign planning, providing data-driven insights, and ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, customer success, or event planning. You are highly organized, a strong communicator, and passionate about delivering exceptional service and making a meaningful impact.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of nonprofit partners.Build and maintain strong relationships with nonprofit stakeholders.
- Provide strategic guidance on fundraising campaigns and platform usage.
- Monitor fundraising performance and proactively identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and support teams to advocate for partner needs.
- Analyze and or produce data insights to tailor recommendations and strategies for nonprofit partners.
- We partner with organizations like the Eagles Autism Foundation, Rush to Crush Cancer, Mercy Home, and the Boomer Esiason Foundation.
WHO YOU ARE
- College education in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Accounting or Finance is preferred. A Master's Degree is preferred but not required.
- 3–5 years of experience working with nonprofits or customer success roles.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and data analysis is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and extract actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables, vlookups, charts, and basic formulas) or similar data analysis tools.
- Candidates must be based in Miami, FL, or willing to relocate.
