We enable event organizers of all sizes with powerful tools to plan, organize, promote, and execute their events.  As a Customer Support Agent, you'll get the opportunity to provide amazing event and technical support to participants. You'll be part of a small, fast-paced team continuously tackling exciting new challenges.  We believe that great people make great companies and that our products should delight and empower our users. The candidate: We are looking for dynamic, high energy, self-starter, who lives and breaths customer service.  This candidate has to be ready to support participants and answer any questions they may have.  

As a Customer Support Agent, you’ll be responsible for:​

  • Support participants with technical and event support
  • Provide professional phone, email and live chat support
  • Route event specific questions accordingly
  • Document customer feature requests 

To be considered you’ll need:

  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written and communication skills
  • Ability to learn, understand, and use technology
  • Great attitude with a passion to provide amazing service and support to every customer
  • Self-Starter with a great ability for problem solving
