Jr. Financial Analyst

Job Description



Gwynnie Bee is looking for a Financial Planning Analyst/Manager that will have the ability to work independently and with teams across departments.  The job content is to support executive planning for our rapidly changing business, from short-term budget to a long term budget plan. This position will assist with all aspects of the budget process with a primary focus on analyzing the accumulated costs that have occurred on the projects and providing all supporting schedules and documentation to perform the analytics to ensure the organization is reaching their gross margin goals.



  • Develop, input, and analyze monthly financial forecasts and results for North America region.
  • For each entity, assist  Financial Manager with monthly close process including timely preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, financial statements and supporting work papers. 
  • Research and analyze current financial results.
  • Provide status updates to FP&A Manager
  • Monitor for timely and accurate completion of select data elements.
  • Identify problematic areas and conduct research to determine the best course of action for correction.
  • ‪Provide expertise to acquire, manage, manipulate, and analyze data and report results.
  • Ensure quality, accuracy, completeness of record profiles and adherence to established standards.  
  • Develop high quality reports and analyses that help drive business revenue
  • Develop, input, and analyze monthly financial forecasts and results for North America region.
  • Prepare and review detailed tracking on asset revenue and invoices as well as forecast.
  • Prepare global consolidated quarterly management presentations.





  • Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, MIS required, Masters preferred.
  • Strong MS skills, especially Excel and Powerpoint using data compilation (pivot tables, v-lookup and macros)
  • Superior financial analysis skills with the ability to analyze and assimiliate data supporting critical business decisions in a timely manner
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with demonstrated ability to effectively summarize information in a clear manner.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team and have the ability and flexibility to manage multiple high-profile tasks simultaneously and be capable of reprioritizing at a moment’s notice
