You're a modern marketing expert who has a demonstrated track record of growing brands through successful lead generation. You can balance both PPC campaigns and SEO initiatives and you have experience doing these things for B2B SaaS companies.

In this position, you will be responsible for creating and launching a variety of industry-specific campaigns. You will be in charge of analyzing the successes of each initiative and report findings to the team and leadership. These campaigns should be cross-channel, dynamically planned, and well thought out.

Our ideal candidate is both analytical and creative with years of experience in advertising, campaigns, and SEO. This person should have an entrepreneurial spirit and self-starter mentality.

What You’ll Do:

  • Strategy and execution for lead generation via marketing automation and advertising programs

  • Regularly leveraging the test and learn model to optimize results

  • Support product go-to-market demand generation initiatives with evergreen campaigns to promote the product beyond the launch with a series of always on motions

  • Determine the most appropriate mix of marketing programs to target existing and new prospects in key segments to drive revenue (ie web, display, email, etc)

  • Partner cross-functionally with sales leadership to ensure agreement on priorities


  • Minimum 5 years in marketing with a specialty in building campaigns

  • Minimum 3 years working on PPC advertising

  • Minimum 3 years of experience building SEO

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B marketing experience

  • A proven track record of positive ROI

  • A deep understanding of data analysis and using it to guide new campaigns

  • Thrives on innovating, while maintaining an attention to detail to follow through on ideas

  • Can keep a level head when coming up against obstacles or tight deadlines

  • A brainstorming powerhouse that can add value to marketing projects

  • Has great communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Is able to work effectively with a manager based in a remote office

Within 3 months you will:

  • Develop a solid understanding of the product and its value proposition

  • Gain a firm grasp on our target market and industries

  • Build a collaborative relationship with sales and product departments

  • Outline an action plan for our campaign strategies

  • Learn our specific SEO needs

  • Navigate the landscape and trends of our industry and competitors

  • Take over our PPC strategy

  • Own our PPC budget and keep consistent tabs on spend

Within 6 months you will:

  • Launch test campaigns to determine the correct direction for further strategies

  • Analyze and report to the team campaign performances

  • Leverage lead nurturing programs to inform, entertain & delight the audience

  • Utilize Salesforce and analytics dashboard to continuously improve campaigns

  • Build a better SEO strategy and timeline for implementation

  • Test and prove successful PPC strategies

A reasonable estimate of the salary for this role is $85,000-115,000 annually, including commissions, depending on relevant experience.
