We are looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager responsible for creating the strategy and managing the execution of all paid media activity, focused on generating positive performance for each client within their book of business. 

Experience and aptitude in all paid digital marketing channels and resulting data are a must, along with the drive to move the needle in the eCommerce space. This is an opportunity to be a direct contributor and push your career forward.

  • College Graduate 

  • Minimum 5 years professional experience in a paid digital marketing role or similar, either in an internal marketing group or digital agency

  • Experience and strong skills with analytical software and tools

  • Solid business acumen, management, analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience leading strategic planning efforts for paid marketing campaign planning and execution

  • Ability to gather and comprehend data for analysis of marketing performance, identification of trends, and provision of actionable insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization

  • Self-directed, successfully working under pressure to meet agency deadlines, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and review and analyze data at every point

  • Effective time management, organizational and mentoring skills

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail


  • Microsoft Excel (strong proficiency with formulas, if statements, pivot tables, formatting, etc)

  • Google Analytics

  • Google AdWords (all features, tools and categories preferred)

  • Bing Ads (all features, tools and categories preferred)

  • Paid Social media management via Facebook and Twitter (LinkedIn, Instagram and Pinterest preferred)

  • Strong working knowledge with third party/programmatic media buying and display/video/mobile/native advertising

  • HubSpot (preferred)

  • HTML (preferred)


Strategic Planning

In partnership with the Client Strategist, aligning the best mix of paid media channels to create performance-driven campaigns against client goals and KPIs.

  • Current with industry trends, while continually leveraging new tools and industry best practices to boost success and efficiency of all activity and campaigns

  • Strong working vendor relationships

  • Annual/Quarterly Planning-research, compilation and presentation

Execution Management: 

Leading the design, development, and management of advance paid search/display/social campaigns against the leading strategy while providing agile solutions based on performance data.

  • Development and daily management of PPC accounts-structure, keyword research, bid strategies, ad copy writing and other paid enhancements 

  • Active monitoring, analysis and ad hoc reporting of all paid campaign activity to drive responsive optimization recommendations and insights

  • Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Reporting
