This contract role at Gro is part traditional digital producer and part project manager.

What You'll Do:

  • Act as the primary liaison between the Gro team (editorial/marketing/design) and the agency teams, to coordinate timelines, provide required information/documents, follow-up on outstanding design deliverables and ultimately ensure timely launch of digital products

  • Facilitate collaboration and manage digital campaigns/projects from inception through launch via project plans and roadmaps

  • Manage change control requests and internal sign-off procedures 

  • Create/maintain JIRA tickets and requirement documents to support various projects and campaigns

  • As we march towards the launch, ensure that all deliverables are complete and incorporate all requirements and meet all quality goals

  • Manage multiple fast-moving projects

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of creative production experience at a digital agency, or in-house marketing department or in managing creative projects

  • 1+ years experience managing projects that are on a tight time constraint  

  • Experience with project management methodologies and knowledge of project lifecycle

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Working knowledge of the Google Suite

  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is expected


  • Familiar with UX design principles and workflows, and web development technology (deliverables, tasks and dependencies)

  • Understanding of inner workings of creative design teams

  • Technical production experience (building landing pages, banners, emails)

  • Agile experience

Initial 6 month contract role, initially remote.
