What You'll Do:

  • Conduct full lifecycle recruiting; sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, hiring
  • Deliver a best in class candidate experience
  • Work across functions; convey and share information, feedback, and ideas with others clearly and concisely
  • Serve as a thought partner to hiring managers while remaining hands-on and willing to get into the nitty gritty
  • Keep track of recruiting metrics including sourcing, time-to-hire, cost-of-hire, etc and provide leadership with relevant data and analytics
  • Manage headhunter relationships
  • Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches)
  • Assess and update current recruiting procedures and design new ones as needed, including application processes, onboarding, etc
  • Research and choose new job advertising options and manage all job postings
  • Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and providing feedback; suggest training as needed
  • Equip the team with recruiting best practices
  • Support our strategic recruiting initiatives as they come; internships, events, etc

What We're Looking For:

  • Candidates should have prior full life-cycle recruiting experience at an agency or in-house 
  • Experience with technology hiring a plus
  • Experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to manage a number of processes at once; client-oriented
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
  • Experience with interviewing, candidate screening, and evaluation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong management skills
  • Strong decision-making skills; sound judgment
