Senior HR Administrator

Job Description

Grimshaw London is currently seeking a Senior Human Resource Administrator to provide strong organisational and proactive support to the wider London Studio and HR team.  

In 2019, Grimshaw has already celebrated a Stirling Prize nomination, won Practice of the Year at the AJ 100 as well as Sir Nicholas Grimshaw being awarded the Royal Gold Medal for Architecture. It has been a great year of growth for the Practice and we are looking for somebody to join the team and help us to continue to provide our colleagues with their best possible work-life experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your existing HR skills within an established team in a creative environment.  The role covers a broad generalist spectrum and you will be working with payroll, L&D, engagement, the whole employee lifecycle, and as well as helping to develop our broad diversity and inclusion initiatives.

The successful candidate will have

  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Experience of working with HRIS systems
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Working knowledge of employment law and HR processes
  • A methodical mindset with strong attention to detail
