Receptionist

Job Description

Grimshaw London is currently seeking highly motivated Receptionist to provide an excellent front of house experience for our busy London office.  Being the first point of contact for our large office of 300 you will manage the reception area and our meeting rooms working with our large support team to ensure the highest possible visitor experience.

This is a fast-paced role for a confident and articulate person who enjoys meeting and greeting guests and working under their own initiative to deliver this role to a great standard.

The right candidate will be expected to have

  • Experience of managing a busy switchboard
  • Expert in Microsoft Office (outlook/word/excel)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience of booking and coordinating deliveries
