Job Description

Grimshaw are currently seeking a highly organised Facilities Assistant to join its large architectural practice located across three nearby sites in Farringdon, London.

The Facilities Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the Facilities team as well as maintaining the office environment for our busy studio of 250 staff.

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn about facilities management with the support of a large team within an even larger creative office. The Facilities Assistant will be responsible for maintaining the facilities helpdesk and logging day to day tasks. Your duties will also include ensuring that the working environment within the practice remains at a high standard, compliant with all current legislation and suitable for business activities and for our employees and visitors.

The ideal candidate will need to have the ability to build relationships and gain trust quickly within this fast paced environment. They will also need to be highly organised with a “can do” attitude and a cheerful disposition.
