Business Systems Analyst

Grimshaw London are currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst to provide guidance and support to project teams and departments on the use of core business support systems.
This is an exciting opportunity to work across the London studio and ensure that our studio continues to evolve. You will be responsible for training Grimshaw employees to elevate their knowledge, understanding, acceptance and use of Grimshaw Systems. Once settled in the role, you will get involved in reviewing and reporting on company processes and evaluating key areas for improvement to ensure that efficiencies are met.
The ideal candidate will need to have the ability to build relationships and gain trust quickly within this fast-paced environment. They will also need to be highly organised with a “can do” attitude and a cheerful disposition.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong computer skills, including exposure to Windows desktop Operating Systems and Office.
- Proven experience in training delivery.
- Previous experience in developing, managing and implementing systems.
- Confident learning new software.
