Business Development Assistant

Grimshaw are currently seeking a Business Development Assistant to join our team in our office in Clerkenwell, London. Following the guidance of the Head of BD, the role is to provide administrative support to the business development and bid team working collaboratively to achieve our overall marketing and business development objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to work across whole studio and bring new ideas to the table to keep bid material fresh, compelling and up to date with Grimshaw’s current portfolio of projects.
The ideal candidate will need to have the ability to build relationships and gain trust quickly within this fast-paced environment. They will also need to be highly organised with a “can do” attitude and a cheerful disposition.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Strong attention to detail and great communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and database management
- Previous experience of working in administration/coordination role
- Interest in Business Development and knowledge of the bid submission process
- English or Marketing degree desirable
