Bilingual PA and Office Administrator

Grimshaw Architects has an exciting opportunity for a bi-lingual PA and Office Administrator to join its London studio in Clerkenwell. The role will be to provide reliable and consistent support to a Principal based between London and Paris and our project team based in Paris.
The PA and Office Administrator will be acting as the first point of contact for clients, industry organisations and key members of the Practice, and will play a crucial role in assisting the Principal by taking ownership of extremely busy diaries, coordination of appointments and organising travel arrangements between the London and Paris studios.
This role is extremely varied and focuses on team support which involves assisting with arranging team meetings, organising training and assisting with general office administration.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with our Paris team and to assist the Principal with growing a stronger design culture and reputation for excellence.
The ideal candidate will have a flexible, highly organised approach and demonstrable experience of providing support in a creative environment. You will need to be commercially aware and confident at building relationships with clients and key members of the practice.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Proficient in French and English languages
- Experience in an administrative, PA or Office Manager role, preferably in an architecture, design or construction background
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, friendly and organised with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office 360 and good knowledge of the Adobe Suite
- Able to use initiative and work with little guidance

The office is currently working remotely at the moment and you will be set up to work successfully during this time. Once the restrictions are lifted, we will continue to work flexibly however there will be a requirement to be able to spend time in the physical office as necessary.
