Business Development | London | Full Time
Grimshaw are currently seeking a Bid Coordinator to support the practice’s growing Business Development and bidding team. Working alongside the Senior Bid Coordinator, the role’s main responsibilities will include producing bid material of the highest standard, and managing and creating accurate, engaging information. This is an exciting opportunity to work across the whole studio and manage key information for bidding, following up on completed bids and assisting with collating information for reporting to ensure we keep bid material fresh, compelling and up to date with Grimshaw’s current portfolio of projects.
The ideal candidate will need to have the ability to build relationships and gain trust quickly within this fast-paced environment. They will also need to be highly organised with a “can do” attitude and a cheerful disposition.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Experience and understanding of the Bid management process
- Excellent attention to detail and a thorough approach
- Excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with the management team
- Good MS office skills including advanced MS Word and intermediate PowerPoint
- A basic knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop packages
