Human Resources Manager

Fulltime/In-Person Location: Doral, Florida

Graziano’s Restaurant Group

Graziano’s Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations across multiple business units. This leadership role is responsible for developing and implementing human resource strategies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and supporting organizational growth through effective people management practices.

The HR Manager will partner with company leadership to foster a positive workplace culture, strengthen employee engagement, and ensure efficient HR operations across the organization.

The Human Resources Manager reports directly to the CFO and provides guidance and support to managers and employees on all human resource matters.

Key Leadership Responsibilities

  • Lead and support organizational development initiatives across all business units.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company goals.
  • Partner with leadership to improve employee performance, engagement, and retention.
  • Oversee performance management and employee development systems.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture through effective communication and employee relations practices.
  • Coordinate employee training, orientation, and professional development programs.
  • Advise managers on human resources best practices, employee concerns, and workforce planning.


Human Resources Management Responsibilities

  • Manage recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and staffing logistics.
  • Oversee employee orientation and onboarding processes.
  • Verify and process hiring-related documentation and employment records.
  • Ensure proper completion of employee separation and termination paperwork.
  • Maintain and update HR documents including employee handbooks, organizational charts, directories, and evaluation forms.
  • Manage Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and employee data integrity.
  • Analyze employment-related data and prepare HR reports as needed.



Training and Performance Evaluation

  • Responsible for developing, coordinating, and overseeing employee training and development programs across the organization.
  • Design and implement employee evaluation systems that support performance improvement, accountability, and professional development.

Employee Relations & Communication

  • Address employee relations issues including workplace complaints, harassment allegations, disciplinary matters, and employee concerns.
  • Support conflict resolution and promote fair and consistent workplace practices.
  • Maintain effective company-wide employee communication initiatives.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers regarding company policies, benefits, payroll matters, and workplace procedures.


Compliance & Regulatory Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), ADA, wage and hour laws, and other employment regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain employment records related to hiring, transfers, promotions, leaves, and terminations.
  • Support regulatory reporting and compliance documentation requirements.


Payroll, Compensation & Benefits Administration

  • Oversee payroll processing and review payroll for accuracy and compliance.
  • Review timesheets, wage computations, and payroll data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain payroll records including employee status changes, exemptions, transfers, and resignations.
  • Track employee leave balances including vacation, personal, and sick leave.
  • Administer compensation and employee benefits programs.
  • Process and maintain benefits documentation including medical insurance, unemployment claims, and retirement plans.
  • Provide employee support regarding payroll, benefits, and compensation inquiries.


Qualifications

  • SPHR preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in hospitality or multi-unit operations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, payroll practices, employee relations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

Compensation/Benefits/Schedule Requirements

  • Salary: Starts at $75,000 yearly
  • Benefits: 401K, Dental, Medical, Vision, Life, Paid Time Off,
  • Schedule: Monday- Friday business hours, On-call as needed
