What You Will Be Doing:

  • Identifying and speaking to sources - broadcasters/PR agencies/Production houses to obtain epg related information and rich media data (images/videos) for a set of clients
  • Meeting sources often to cement the relationships
  • Query handling – speaking to the sources mentioned above for clarifications/confirmations on set of data received
  • Reports – maintain reports as per format/s given
  • Coordination – coordinate between other teams in the Content org – ingest/Rich media and edttorial and coordinate with the India Sourcing teams on a regular basis
  • Office infrastructure management in coordination with the facilities team in India as and when the need arises
  • Legal affairs in coordination with the legal team in india as and when the need arises (contracts, leases etc)
  • Financial affairs along with the Finance team in India as and when the need arises (office expenses etc)
  • HR affairs in cooridnation with the HR team in India as and when the need arises (recruitment, employee engagement activities etc)
  • Office attendance and leave management of employees

Must have skills:

  • Good communication skills – both verbal and written
  • MS Excel skills
  • In depth knowledge of researching on the internet

Good to have skills

  • Understanding of social media
  • Understanding of the entertainment industry of the region - SE Asia
  • Presentation skills – both making ppts and presenting to audiences
  • Networking skills
  • Basic analytical skills – in our sphere it is to understand error reports/source behavioural patterns etc
