RN Hospice On Call (FT) / $2500 Sign-On Bonus

The Hospice On Call RN makes visits to supplement the weekend nursing care needs of our patients/families. 

• Full-time On Call position  / Monday through Thursday 5pm to 8am
• Hospice experience preferred but not required for the right candidate

Responsibilities  

• Responding to phone calls promptly
• Making visits as necessary
• Informing the physician of changes in the patient’s condition and needs
• Communicating with medical professionals, the hospice team and others 
• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records
• Elevating necessary matters to the attention of the patient care manager
• Demonstrating strong communication and customer service skills

Requirements

• RN- current Oklahoma nursing license
• Hospice experience preferred but not required for the right candidate
• Valid driver’s license
• Can successfully pass background checks
