Registered Nurse (RN) - PRN / Hospice

Good Shepherd Hospice of Dallas is looking for experienced RNs to serve patients and families in the Dallas area. The Hospice Registered Nurse provides nursing assessment, planning and care to maximize the comfort and health of patients and families. 

*PRN positions currently available.

Responsibilities

  • Professional Management of the Patient and Family
  • Communication with Medical Professionals, the Hospice Team and Others 
  • Maintaining Accurate, Up-to-Date Records
  • Training the Patient and Caregiver
  • Elevating Necessary Matters to the Attention of the Patient Care Manager

Requirements

  • Minimum One (1) Year of Hospice Experience Preferred or Community Nursing Experience Required
  • Commitment to Providing Excellent Customer Service to Patients and Families
  • Registered Nurse Licensed in the State of Texas
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Can Successfully Pass Background Checks
