Job Description
Manifest tech prepares paperwork for orders to deliver to dispensaries or manufacturing facilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Scans and inputs data relevant to products to reflect on transport manifests for each invoice.
- Edits changing manifests due to route, driver, or delivery changes.
- Coordinates with vault team to notify of issues relating to labels, tag accuracy, and compliance issues.
- Maintains inventory accuracy during manifest process, utilizing Metrc and Leaflink.
- Expected to participate in small to medium special projects and tasks both individually and in support of a small team.
- Places all products physically for each dispensary within our shipping/staging area to prepare for packing.
- Keeps all products organized and separated for each dispensary and the delivery team to accurately load on to the delivery vans.
- Communicates to manager of any potential compliance issues before an order is manifested.
- Assists with continuous improvement activities and projects assigned by manager.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be able to obtain a state medical marijuana badge and pass a background check.
- Must be able to communicate with GDF Team effectively and professionally.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high stress situations.
- Self-Motivated
- Ability to multitask.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to stay focused.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Must be a team player with a “can do” attitude.
- Available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Reliable transportation
Education and Experience Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Computer experience preferred.
- Inventory/Warehouse/Distribution experience (preferred but not required)
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- The ability to respond quickly to sounds.
- Analytical mind with strong math skills
- The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day.
- The ability to sit or stand for up to 12 hours at a time.
- The ability to work in bright/hot/humid conditions.
- The ability to work in low light situations.
- Lifting, standing, sitting, walking, bending, reaching, push/pull, repetitive use of hands, grasping use of hands, visual activity
- Exposure to limited hazardous chemicals
