About the Role:

The Delivery Driver is responsible for ensuring the safe and timely delivery of cannabis products to our customers. This role requires strict adherence to all regulatory requirements, company policies, and protocols to ensure compliance and maintain the highest standards of customer service.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Safely and efficiently delivers cannabis products to customers within the designated delivery areas.
  • Verifies and validates customer identification and age to ensure compliance with state and local regulations.
  • Maintains accurate records of deliveries, including delivery times, customer information, and any issues encountered.
  • Handles and transports cannabis products with care, ensuring they remain secure and undamaged during transit.
  • Provides exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously.
  • Follows all company policies and procedures, including those related to vehicle maintenance, safety, and security.
  • Creates efficient routes and, if applicable, communicates effectively with the dispatch team to receive and report delivery assignments and updates.
  • Adheres to all traffic laws and regulations to always ensure safe driving practices.
  • When there are no deliveries scheduled, drivers will assist with tasks in the store as needed.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 25 years of age.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Must pass a background check and meet all state and local regulatory requirements for cannabis delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and routes.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle and transport cannabis products in compliance with state regulations.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
  • Previous delivery experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Missouri Only: Must possess a Class E (Chauffeur’s) License, or be willing to acquire one.
Physical Requirements:
  • Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to spend multiple hours sitting in a vehicle to perform deliveries
