We are seeking a unique hybrid of Project Manager and Scrum Master, who is adept at balancing the needs of the client, business, technology team, and the end user. In this role the PM holds the product vision for the team from the first story written through (and beyond) submission, and possesses an ability to bring clarity to the “fuzzy” requirements stage rapidly and effectively. Consulting or agency experience is a strong plus
Project management experience delivering software development projects
Experience shaping client Statements of Work
Deep experience with Agile delivery as a Scrum Master and user story writing
Ability to lead meetings with project stakeholders
Can successfully manage multiple concurrent projects across one or more clients
Possess a passion for technology
Lead project delivery to achieve success goals.
Plan project approach and execution, balancing scope, schedule and budget.
Maintain Agile standards and delivery best practices.
Manage multiple projects and produce effectively through day-to-day changing priorities.
Create and groom story backlog, manage story maturation, and own backlog prioritization.
Proactively negotiate and book project resources.
Set and manage client expectations.
Communicate effectively at varying levels in the organization with technical and non-technical audiences.
Be an advocate for the user.
Manage project delivery P&L and operations tasks.
