As such we seek people with similar drive and ethics to join our growing team. Right now we are seeking an exceptional Sr Technical Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition Team. This position will require a full-time presence in Mexico City.


  • running a full-cycle recruiting process

  • sourcing software engineers across USA and Mexico

  • identifying, prescreening, and evaluating both passive and active candidates by phone/video to determine best fit across a variety  of technical positions

  • understanding our clients business needs and recommending different strategies to meet our goals



  • recruiting technical candidates for staffing or consulting company - a minimum of 3+ years. Previous experience recruiting in the US is a great plus.

  • utilizing job boards and social networks and recommending recruitment sources to attract top quality candidates.
  • interacting with internal customers and hiring managers



  • bilingual written and verbal communication skills in English & Spanish (a must)

  • exceptional attention to detail, follow-through and ability to focus and remain professional in an environment where interruptions are normal.
  • a strong professional network within the technology community
