WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
YOU’LL GET THE CHANCE TO:
Assume the responsibility of driving a team through the complete life cycle of a software project. Responsible for the overall estimation, execution, and success of a complex technical project
Be able to manage a team or several teams in accounts, ensuring the technical alignment and quality of delivery across different projects
In charge of ensuring that all the technical processes that certify the quality of our delivery are being followed as specified by our corporate delivery framework and metrics
Work closely with operations to keep in check the clients needs and have a proactive participation in the detection of technical opportunities to make the business grow offering improvements in our solutions to the client,
Coach project team members in good design and coding practices
Institutionalize good practices in a way that is sustainable and scale
Align all coaching initiatives with career and Globant current learning platforms, make all trainings as widely available as possible
Assures the overall technical quality of the solution.
Being able to define, estimate and deliver complex technical projects, ensuring Globant quality standards and processes as well as the client's needs.
Report status of multiple projects as well as risks and opportunities of improvement.
Ensure that the project documentation is updated and shared across all the accounts, improve and facilitate access to technical standards and assets across several projects, coordinate efforts of technical experts, SMEs and the client to have the documentation covered.
Employ industry best practices to deliver world-class solutions. Ensure developed solutions remain compliant with all applicable customer’s standards
Drive software development activities to meet schedules and timelines
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and how they can be applied to our customer
Enable change, help accelerate innovation
Demonstrating experience with taking intelligent risks and leveraging a â€˜test and learning mentality
Committed to a spirit of authentic partnership to colleagues both internal and external to the organization
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED:
Bachelor of Computer Science or Engineering, technical field or experience in related fields
Experience with agile methodologies
Excellent problem solving techniques
Excellent communication skills (listening, oral and written communications)
Strong relationship building and collaboration skills
Salesforce certifications like:
Salesforce Certified Platform Application Builder - Mandatory
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I - Mandatory
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II - Desirable
Minimum 4 years of Salesforce developer experience
Good knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning and other core Salesforce platform features
Working knowledge of Github, Bitbucket or Subversion required
Experience in distributed systems, object oriented programming, design patterns and design methodology
Experience in designing implementing at least one full lifecycle service cloud deployment
Exposure to monitoring and logging techniques
