SUMMARY:

As a Senior Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for designing and executing marketing strategies, events and promotional marketing activities to engage with customers, prospects and the general IT community within the East Coast. This role takes the right steps to measure, enhance, and enrich the position and image of Globant through various initiatives and objectives while impacting revenue goals.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote product solutions and offerings

  • Prepare marketing strategies alongside Globant Stay Relevant and East Coast Management teams

  • Develop alongside the Digital Marketing Team innovative digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and opportunities

  • Coordinate and organize events for customers and community to align with overall East marketing strategy

  • Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing strategies based on analysis and feedback

  • Collaborate with PR team to make sure Globant is well represented, including awards and speaking submissions, press release review and more

  • Ensure brand messages are consistent

  • Gather and analyze customer insight

  • Work on content generation and production across all media platforms

  • Work with CRM and marketing automation tech stack

  • Collaborate with other departments and studios within Globant to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities

  • Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact

  • Supervise regional marketing budget

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing/Communications

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience

  • Proven track record of executing successful and innovative marketing strategies

  • Experience in Salesforce and Pardot is preferred

  • Excellent English written and verbal skills, relationship-building skills, organizational skills and the ability to collaborate with the executive team

  • Strong analytical and project management skills

  • Confident and dynamic personality
