HR Senior Analyst

Your role sometimes will cover aspects not specifically related to the HR domain so you need to be happy and willing in undertaking various tasks, but don’t worry, we won’t be asking you to deal with crazy stuff.


  • Focal point for employees to talk to whenever they have questions, concerns and/or problems regarding the company and/or their teams.
  • Resolve inquiries raised by ticketing tool
  • Coordinate on-boarding sessions and deliver first day orientation
  • Work closely with the teams in order to guarantee an excellent work environment promoting Globant’s value and Pillars.
  • Stay on top of the business working with managers and leaders to ensure that People Champions and Senior HR Analysts provide a proactive rather than reactive support service to the business
  • Overseeing effective employee benefits administration processes
    Works with other People areas such as People Career and People Rewards on several company processes and policies.
  • Coordinate Events, After Offices, Sport Tournaments and all sort of bonding activities.
  • Provide guidance when employees are interested in changing their career path and follow up on internal moves
  • Account for the Working Environment Survey creation, launch, analysis and later actions in order to improve the sites.
  • Turnover & Attrition: Produce, analyse and derive insights from Company data and People metrics
  • Employee retention: Detect and retain key players

  • Somebody with 3-4 years experience in the fabulous world of HR
  • Happy to do tasks autonomously and happy to actually do them 
  • Someone who is not afraid to ask questions
  • A happy and joyful soul who will connect well with all the new colleagues 
  • Language speaker (not a must but if you happen to know Spanish that is highly beneficial!) 
  • An elastic mind that is not put off by working with colleagues from all over the world.
