WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Right now we are seeking exceptional Engagement Manager to join our Consumer Experience Studio that is presently delivering different solutions for a major client in the airlines Industry. This position will require a full-time presence in Dallas, TX, USA.

YOU"LL HAVE THE CHANCE TO:

  • Managing the relationship with the client throughout the project duration and acting as the main point of contact between client and the software team in Latam

  • Ensuring the engagement stays on track and is accountable for customer satisfaction, being focused on delivering valuable insights to the client and identifying farming opportunities.

  • Monitoring services delivery throughout the project and identify risks and issues, initiate strategies and take corrective action as appropriate

  • Providing leadership, and direct teams in the delivery of high-quality services within committed timeframes

 

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED:

  • Account Management/Business Development/Sales/Project Management roles: A minimum of 5-6 years

  • Previous exposure/experience in agile environments: 3+ years. CSM preferred

  • Software consulting companies working with external clients: minimum of 2+ years

  • Business process modeling conventions and tools

  • BS in a technical field or BA in Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, relationship management, client facing, team-building, and problem-solving skills

  • Be a "self-starter" committed to customer satisfaction/project delivery and able to respond to rapid change within the business
