You will lead the end-to-end Content Strategy, shaping brand-defining experiences for a range of consumer-facing digital  products and services. Your work may include everything from analyzing current content structures and architecture to defining voice and tone, to creating guidelines and standards that will be carried forward into content creation. You will be able to understand and apply the broad strategic aims of the organization, whilst also have a strong grasp on the tactical detail from a customer perspective.


  • Review and analyze current content structure and how content is accessed

  • Have a strong grasp of the quantity, quality, types and locations of different content

  • Use this knowledge and analysis to make recommendations regarding improving or overhauling structure, creating new architectures and flows and archiving redundant information

  • Be client facing - acting as the point person for content, managing client expectations.

  • Work closely with client internal teams and agencies to ensure content owners are represented in the work

  • Oversee and work closely with our content creators in client and migrator in Argentina who will be supporting in the above role

  • Play a lead role in shaping process, coaching others in best practices and championing the value of clearly thought out approach to content

  • Communicate your analysis and recommendations around content with Product, Marketing, Developers and Membership teams

  • Develop and maintain brand voice and brand style guide

  • Ensure content is SEO compliant and assigned measurable KPIs

  • Ability to translate complex work flows and terminology into clear and succinct messaging

  • Strong page layout / art direction abilities

  • Ability to edit images in Photoshop (or the like) required

  • Experience working with content management systems a must

  • Defining content strategies, framework, territories and strategic pillars and translating this into editorial guidelines and content plan

  • Defining an effective influencer strategy and translation into actionable content areas


  • 5–8 years of experience managing or directing content strategy

  • SEO and analytics experience

  • Experience working with executive teams, negotiating business needs, and presenting new ideas to a legacy audience

  • Extensive digital experience in assess current structure and types of content in order to make recommendations that will be used by the design and tech teams to implement the appropriate and needed changes  on how to achieve strategic aims by changing this content

  • Experience in working/supervising with content creators (writers)

  • Strong familiarity with A/B testing, qualitative research

  • Strong writing, editing, and proofing skills (AP or Chicago preferred)

  • Experience with membership organizations preferred

  • Passionate about the current connected world and changing digital landscape (AI, Machine Learning and Data Value / Privacy)

  • Knowledge of methodologies to effectively measure the impact of content both as an awareness and an engagement tool
