Content Strategist (Short-term contract)

We want you to join us in creating these journeys for the biggest clients in tech, retail, travel, banking, ecommerce and media, revolutionizing and growing their core businesses while helping them (and you!) stay ahead of the curve.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

As a content strategist, you'll use data, research and your experience to shape our client's narrative and create content experiences tailored to the company's target audience. This is a contract position until May 1st.

YOU’LL GET THE CHANCE TO:

  • Review the site structure and content, archiving redundant information or rewriting and updating what is relevant.
  • Be client facing - acting as the point person for content, managing client expectations.
  • Work closely with our client's internal teams and agencies to create new content where needed.
  • Oversee and work closely with our content migrator in Argentina who will be supporting in the above role.

Bottom up, you will execute/work/deliver:

  • Content Strategy (the bedrock):
    • Where we are now - An overall analysis of what content currently exists
    • Where we want to be - What is the optimum shape of the content
    • How to get there - A content delivery plan
       
  • Content delivery plan (the most crucial part now):
    • Content production roadmap detailing all pieces of content that need to be produced, re-written, migrated or removed.
      • Dates of when each piece will be ready for review and sign-off
    • Content rollout plan detailing when each piece of ready content will be put onto the CMS and ready for final review with client.
       
  • Content governance model (the future):
    • New content lifecycle (from Request, through to Creation, Review, Approval, Publishing and eventually removal when out of date for example)
    • Proposed content team detailing overall roles needed, hierarchy and governance process.
       
  • Creative guidance and leadership over (the foundation):
    • Tone of Voice
    • Content Style (Imagery)
    • Content structure

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED:

  • Solid experience in content management
  • Content delivery, presentation, monetization
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills.
