Who we’re looking for:

We require a full time Sales Ledger Assistant to integrate into our busy EMEA finance department, supporting the Sales teams in both our UK and Belgian offices.  A second European language would therefore be advantageous.  

 

Reporting to the Fulfilment Manager, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate a mature, reliable hands on approach, working unsupervised performing a wide range of duties, which at times includes a high volume of data entry, in an organised and methodical way, whilst meeting strict deadlines and maintaining a high degree of integrity & confidentiality. 

 

A working knowledge of Microsoft Office is also required, in particular strong Excel skills.  An adaptable approach to the workload is essential, as are good communication skills and the ability to maintain a high and accurate rate of productivity.

  • Import sales data into the accounts database
  • Process and allocate sales receipts
  • Raise invoices and credit notes, external and inter-company
  • Merchant statement reconciliations
  • Customer account reconciliations
  • Resolve customer queries
