Product Marketer 

The Product Marketer’s primary role is in product education for all of our GiveGab products and through a variety of mediums to help cultivate new customers and provide education to current GiveGab users. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing, product education, technical support, and/or specific insights into digital fundraising for nonprofits. 


  • Work with the Marketing team to implement a product education strategy that helps cultivate leads and provide up-to-date information to customers

  • Collaborate with product management and marketing to develop product positioning and messaging

  • Help plan and implement the launches of new products and releases of existing products

  • Understand and support our marketing and sales channels and help develop tools and collateral materials

  • Research competitor products and materials to help inform our product marketing tactics and provide answers to relevant followup questions 

  • Collaborate on customer acquisition strategies through product education and promotional distribution

  • Host monthly product demonstrations for our customers and invite key members from each product team to help answer questions


  • Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant experience

  • 1+ years working in marketing, digital technology, or customer service

  • Tech-savvy and great at problem-solving 

Bonus Skills

  • High determination to take initiative on projects with a self-starter work ethic 

  • Experience working with a content management system like HubSpot or Marketo 

  • Prior experience working with Salesforce or Intercom

  • Eagerness to go above and beyond in your role  

  • Experience working or offering services within the nonprofit sector
