Marketing Coordinator
The Marketing Coordinator’s (Sales Development Representative) primary role is in prospect research, qualification, and cultivation to drive qualified leads into the sales funnel. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing, communication, sales, and/or specific insights into the nonprofit fundraising industry.
Responsibilities
Work with the Marketing Director and Digital Marketing Manager to implement a lead qualification strategy that identifies the best candidates to cultivate for sales
Create email campaigns and creative outreach strategies to prospects that drive more qualified leads through the sales funnel
Research, contact and qualify leads that come through our various marketing and support channels
Engage with new prospects via Intercom, HubSpot, and email
Research current leads to gather important information to hand off to the sales team
Collaborate on customer acquisition strategies through digital marketing and communication channels
Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to help create and maintain inbound lead workflows within GiveGab’s CRM and demo management tools
Collaborate directly with the sales team to connect them with qualified leads, and establish Sales Qualified Appointments
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant experience
1+ years working in marketing, sales, or customer service
Tech-savvy and great at problem-solving
Bonus Skills
High determination to take initiative on projects with a self-starter work ethic
Experience working with a content management system like HubSpot or Marketo
Prior experience working with Salesforce or Intercom
Eagerness to go above and beyond in your role
Experience working or offering services within the nonprofit sector
This is a non-exempt (hourly) position.
