Responsibilities:

  • Business development for our creators in the form of branded deals across TikTok, YouTube, and all digital platforms
  • Outreach to potential brands for brand partnerships and deals
  • Coordinating and managing relationships with brands on branded deals - start to finish execution
  • Excellent knowledge of pop culture, specifically in Tik Tok, Youtube and Instagram platforms
  • Scout new and established brands to partner with 
  • Create relationships, initiate and execute strategic collaborations with brands/companies
  • Strengthen our social media content strategy to improve visual appeal & engagement to grow communities and represent the vision of the brand 
  • Develop new and creative strategies/ideas for our branding platforms

Experience:

  • Experience 1-3 years
  • Experience working with influencers and doing branded deal
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively, developing practical and specific strategy and tactics to produce tangible results
  • Must be a team player 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Must be an outgoing people-person
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Has strong relationships with influencers - bloggers, YouTubers, complimentary brands, stylists, celebrities
  • Knowledge in social platforms, content development skills
    Adobe creative suite knowledge (Photoshop, Ai, InDesign)

Compensation:

  • Pay range is $50K - $65K a year depending on experience + commissions on deals TBD
