SUMMARY OF POSITION:  

Driver Helper rides with the Driver and assists with activities such as loading/unloading, merchandising and other responsibilities as necessary.  Driver Helper will represent our company in a professional manner aiming at increasing profitability and customer satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

• Assist Drivers in the delivering products into stores, restaurants, and other customer locations.  
• Assist Drivers in the rotation of products.  
• Assist Drivers in getting in and out of loading zones and parking structures.  
• Maybe assigned to warehouse duties. Follows company safety standards
• Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Skills/Qualifications/Education:

• High School degree
• Valid Georgia driver’s license with clean driving record
• Pass pre-employment and random drug screens
• Abide by all state and federal laws on the road
• Basic mathematical skills
• Dependable with excellent time management skills
• Possess suitable communications skills to create a positive interaction experience with our customers
• Have reliable transportation to work each day

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Must be able to work in a team-oriented, professional and fast-paced environment in a variety of weather conditions.   Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 80 pounds.   Must be able to work overtime as needed.
