Responsibilities are not limited to: greeting clients, answering phones and returning voicemail with confident solutions, scheduling client meetings, staying positive in a fast-paced environment, and being reliable. Client Care Specialist Responsibilities & Skillset RequirementsÂ
- 1 -2 years Receptionist/Admin experience preferred
- 1 -2 years Customer Service preferred
- Good Computer Skills; i.e.: Microsoft Office
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00AM-5:00PM
