Leading Las Vegas finance and retirement planning firm is looking for a quick learning, energetic people-person for their on-site receptionist/admin/Client Care position. Responsibilities are not limited to: greeting clients, answering phones and returning voicemail with confident solutions, scheduling client meetings, staying positive in a fast-paced environment, and being reliable. All team members support our local and national clientele. Potential for growth.

Client Care Specialist Responsibilities & Skillset Requirements 

  • 1 -2 years Receptionist/Admin experience preferred
  • 1 -2 years Customer Service preferred
  • Good Computer Skills; i.e.: Microsoft Office
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00AM-5:00PM
