HR Generalist

Job Description

Our team builds software for outpatient pediatric therapy. As we continue to rapidly grow, we are looking for a talented individual that will help with our staffing and HR related needs.

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for a wide array of HR related activities that may include the following:

New Hire/Termination Process

  • Participating in recruitment efforts
  • Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
  • Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
  • Collecting employment and tax information
  • Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
  • Orienting new employees to the organization (facilitate and track onboarding process, prepare resources)
  • Administering new employment assessments
  • Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exit interviews

Payroll and Benefits Administration

  • Processing payroll
  • Answering payroll questions
  • Facilitating resolutions to any payroll errors
  • Serving as a point of contact with benefit vendors/administrators
  • Conducting benefit enrollment process

Record Maintenance

  • Maintaining confidential HR files and records
  • Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained

Requirements

This individual will need to be very personable with very high attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and technical proficiency are a must.

  • Computer savvy, adept in all Microsoft Office tools

  • Experience with Quickbooks Online
  • Experience with employee review process
