Fuller Staffing LLC is the leading company in our industry in the Richmond, VA area. We are seeking a dynamic Sales Support Assistant to join the team. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and gain experience in sales and customer service. This role offers on-the-job training and amazing growth opportunities. The ideal candidate has a basic understanding of sales and customer service best practices. More importantly, the ideal candidate can demonstrate how he/she is self-motivated, independent, dependable, and accountable.
This is a remote, part-time position and rate of pay is $15 per hour.
Sales Support Assistant Primary Responsibilities
Each day, use the internal marketing and communication model to move all assigned projects forward
Develop sales opportunities from assigned customer base
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals
Work closely with the Capture Team, including the CEO, to continually improve sales process
Deliver a weekly briefing to Capture Team regarding his/her achievements/challenges/plans
Requirements
High school diploma/GED required; associate degree or bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong listening skills and oral communication skills
Comfort having inbound/outbound calls with important stakeholders
Excellent writing skills, including consistently documenting all contacts and attempted contacts
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Teams/Excel/Word/OneNote/Outlook/Planner)
Experience with using HubSpot CRM is a plus
Strong customer relationship/customer service skills
Detailed-oriented

Ability to work alone and with others
COMPUTER – consistent access to fast computer (preferably a PC with Windows 10)
VIDEO/MICROPHONE
INTERNET – must have a reliable high-speed internet connection
