We have over 1.7 million square feet of warehouse space, strategically located throughout the US to provide our clients the ability to easily service their customers. Our warehouses are located in Los Angeles, CA; N. Monroe, NJ; Portland, OR; Houston and Laredo TX.
Responsibilities:
- 6:00am - 2:30pm with occasional overtime
Coordinates daily workflow and team assignments for all Value-Added Services (VAS) operations including kitting, labeling, repackaging, light assembly, and other customer-specific customization.
Ensures all VAS activities meet quality, accuracy, and timeline standards as outlined by customer requirements and internal SLAs.
Verifies the availability and working condition of all materials, tools, and equipment needed for VAS tasks, such as heat sealers, label printers, shrink wrap machines, and counting scales.
Conducts daily equipment and safety checks on VAS-specific stations and ensures the team follows all safety protocols.
Oversees inspection of inbound materials and supplies for VAS to confirm correct quantities, quality, and labeling prior to processing.
Reviews and verifies accuracy of outbound shipments for VAS orders, ensuring final output matches job specifications and shipping documentation.
Maintains accurate production records, batch tracking, and team output reports in compliance with warehouse standards and customer audits.
Supports process improvement by collaborating with team and supervisors to enhance VAS efficiency, reduce waste, and elevate customer satisfaction.
Trains new hires and cross-trains existing staff on all VAS procedures, safety policies, and productivity expectations.
Acts as primary point of contact for issue escalation related to VAS orders, discrepancies, or team conflicts.
Communicates effectively with warehouse supervisors, inventory control, and customer service to ensure alignment of VAS work with overall warehouse operations.
Monitors material consumption and notifies management of replenishment needs to avoid production delays.
Supports compliance with all workplace policies, SOPs, and regulatory standards relevant to VAS and general warehouse operations.
Conducts timely performance evaluations for assigned VAS staff, offering constructive feedback and coaching for development.
Leads by example in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe VAS work area.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
