We currently manage 3.9 million square feet of warehouse space, strategically located throughout the US, with facilities in Los Angeles, CA; Chicago, IL, N. Monroe, NJ; Portland, OR; Houston, TX; and Laredo, TX.

About The Role:

Support our Operations Safety team to implement a new Safety software system (Safety Plus), support the collection of safety and food safety data, build analytical tools to identify non-conformities, identify high risk areas, formulate the data into directed training education topics and training schedules to be implemented at the field level, and design requirements and guidelines for the safety advocate network

Responsibilities:

•Gain operational knowledge of the Safety Plus software.

•Assist in building training modules for integration and adoption of Safety Plus software at the site level.

•Run data analytics on Safety and Food safety data.

•Define tracking and compliance methodologies.

•Partner with subject matter expert to document a field network advocate playbook.

Requirements:

•Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business.

•Junior or Senior standing (2025 or 2026 graduates preferred).

•Analytical mindset.

•Proficient in Microsoft Excel and written documentation. Advantage to understand Power BI.

•Strong verbal and written communication skills.

•Comfortable working with cross-functional operations teams.
