We have over 1 million square feet of warehouse space, strategically located throughout the US to provide our clients the ability to easily service their customers. Our warehouses are located in Brea, and Los Angeles, CA; N. Monroe, NJ; Portland, OR; Houston and Laredo TX.
Develops and maintains service operations business plans to include all
program requirements, labor hours, cycle, service production costs,
Establishes production and quality control standards, develops budget
and cost controls, and obtains data regarding types, quantities,
specifications, and delivery dates of products ordered.
Provides guidance to the development of a production process plan,
including personnel requirements, material needs, subcontract
requirements, facility needs, and tooling and equipment needs.
Ensures all established costs, quality, and delivery commitments are
Coordinates production activities with all other functions of the
organization and suppliers to obtain optimum production and utilization
of human resources, machines, and equipment.
Reviews production and operating reports and directs the resolution of
operational, production, and maintenance problems to ensure
minimum costs and prevent operational delays.
Performs administrative activities associated with the effective
management of shop operations, including compiling, storing, and
retrieving production data for reports.
Determines responsibilities of assigned organization and staff positions
to accomplish business objectives.
Trains and ensures all assigned employees are aware of and comply
with company, government, and customer policies, procedures, and
Manages all Houston Source Warehouse personnel.
Lead for all inventory control functions.
Head trainer for all forklift operations.
Special projects as directed by Manager.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and
maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of
customers or employees of organization.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest,
commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of 3E. Database software; ADP Human Resource systems; Velocity Inventory software; Excel Spreadsheet software and Microsoft Word Processing software.
