We currently manage 3.9 million square feet of warehouse space, strategically located throughout the US, with facilities in Los Angeles, CA; Chicago, IL, N. Monroe, NJ; Portland, OR; Houston, TX; and Laredo, TX.
About The Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team remotely this summer. This role offers hands-on experience across key HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, onboarding, and compliance. This internship is ideal for students interested in building a strong foundation in human resources within a dynamic logistics and supply chain environment.
Responsibilities:
•Assist in recruiting activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
•Support onboarding processes by preparing documentation and scheduling new hire activities.
•Help organize and coordinate employee engagement initiatives.
•Maintain accurate records in HR systems and assist with compliance audits.
•Participate in special projects related to training, employer branding, or policy development.
•Attend HR team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes and initiatives.
Requirements:
•Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
•Junior or Senior level (expected graduation in 2025 or 2026 preferred).
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
•Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
