We have over 1.7 million square feet of warehouse space, strategically located throughout the US to provide our clients the ability to easily service their customers. Our warehouses are located in Los Angeles, CA; N. Monroe, NJ; Portland, OR; Houston and Laredo TX.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviews training materials to ensure current processes and procedures are captured.
  • Confers with Operations teams to plan and communicate training implementation strategies.
  • Coordinates training classes to ensure training and operational needs are aligned.
  • Identifies process improvement opportunities to increase efficiencies.
  • Reviews Operational performance with management to identify areas of improvement.
  • Monitors Operational results.
  • Supports operational business growth initiatives.
  • Determines employees' training needs to produce continuous development plans.
  • provides ongoing feedback and support to improve performance.
  • Conducts performance evaluations in a consistent, fair, and objective manner.
  • Holds others accountable to established performance levels to achieve individual and group goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in continuous improvement
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
