Our mission is to help US and foreign-based companies expand their presence in the US by delivering competitive and tailored supply chain solutions.

We currently manage 5.6 million square feet of warehouse space, strategically located throughout the US, with facilities in Los Angeles, CA; Chicago, IL, N. Monroe, NJ; Portland, OR; Houston, TX; and Laredo, TX.

About The Role:

We’re looking for a driven Account Manager with strong sales focus to join Source Logistics. This role will be responsible for expanding client relationships, identifying new revenue opportunities, and positioning Source Logistics as a trusted supply chain partner. The ideal candidate is equally skilled at nurturing existing accounts and pursuing growth opportunities that directly contribute to top-line revenue and EBITDA expansion.


Responsibilities:

  • Expand existing client relationships by identifying opportunities for additional services such as warehousing, transportation, and supply chain optimization.

  • Develop tailored account plans aligned with client objectives and Source Logistics' core verticals: Retail, CPG, Food & Beverage, and Health & Beauty.

  • Drive revenue growth by prospecting and selling additional solutions into existing accounts, ensuring consistent pipeline development and measurable sales results.

  • Build trusted, multi-level relationships within client organizations to position Source Logistics as a strategic advisor.

  • Proactively identify non-bid growth opportunities by understanding client pain points and supply chain costs.

  • Leverage competitive insights to identify weaknesses in competitors' offerings and strengthen Source Logistics’ positioning.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, IT) to ensure seamless service execution and client satisfaction.

  • Stay updated on market trends and client industries to uncover opportunities for account expansion.

  • Achieve a 50%-win rate on growth opportunities by focusing efforts on high-probability projects.

  • Create and maintain a pipeline of future opportunities to sustain long-term account growth.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in supply chain solutions, providing insights that align with client strategies.

  • Network and build Source Logistics’ brand presence within client circles and at industry events.

Requirements:

  • 5 years as an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or in a sales-focused role with a track record of revenue growth.

  • Background in supply chain and logistics is a plus.

  • College degree or equivalent experience.

  • Spanish a plus, particularly valuable for Hispanic market engagement.

  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to analyze data and develop insights for client growth.

  • Fast learner, problem solver, outgoing, good attitude, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of B2B environments and experience managing customer relationships. Familiarity with distribution to both major retailers like Walmart and smaller businesses like Fiesta supermarkets is a plus.

  • 20% travel expected; fully onsite role.
