Responsibilities:

  • You will be the primary individual responsible for coordinating field service efforts across the entire FreeWire Install base. This entails connecting and coordinating across all the teams that have an impact on, or are impacted by, field service work
  • You’ll lead FreeWire’s overall maintenance efforts. This includes developing and refining our maintenance approach, establishing process and procedures for maintaining the installed network of stations, and identifying and tracking key metrics.
