Summary of Position:

This position is responsible for driving revenue growth together with the North America Sales team while also tracking Global revenue for the company in coordination with key international & DTC partners. The Sr. Manager Sales Operations will be the key central contact working with Sales, Demand Planning, Finance & external Retailer Planning partners to closely track and maximize sell out and sell in trend to hit our budgeted sales for the year. This role will also be key in creating and driving processes within the company surrounding our quarterly forecasting for both revenue and dilution and working closely with Finance to bring this into the monthly S&OP cycle. This position will report into the SVP of Commercial and will be based in Los Angeles

Principle Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for working with International and DTC partners to own Financial FC for future 3-4 months and report out weekly to manager and ELT Team
  • Update weekly and monthly retail sales data from NA Retail partners and work closely with IT to run reporting for teams
  • Work w/ NA sales channel partners, Inventory Management & Retailer Planning counterparts to forecast revenue at a weekly level
  • Work w/ Retailer Planning counterparts to track Retailer OTB v. sales expectations and negotiate with Sales partners as needed throughout the month
  • Access retailer portals to obtain information necessary such as sales reporting, inventory, dilution, etc.
  • Work closely w/ Finance team to communicate out quarterly financial forecast monthly for Revenue & Dilution & reconcile P&L to prioritize escalations as needed
  • Responsible for preparing for Revenue reviews at a monthly and quarterly basis internally and externally with Retailers
  • Works with NA Sales team to track & forecast near term promotions, returns and dilution
  • Owns Weekly calls with key Planning partners for the NA wholesale team & builds relationships to drive year over year profitable growth
  • Works with IT team as needed to build and repair Retail and Revenue reports that are utilized by total company
  • Review monthly excess files with Sales team & Commercial Planning to create a near term sales strategy around excess inventory

Demand Planning, Inventory Management, Wholesale (NA & International), Ecommerce (NA & International), Finance, IT/Data Analytics & external retail sales partners


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Strong financial and analytical acumen
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal; adjusts tone and message to appropriate audiences

Additional Information:

FORMA Brands takes a market-based approach to pay, and amounts will vary depending on your geographic location. The salary range reflected here is for positions based in the Greater Los Angeles area. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future without notice.

Compensation Range: $130,000 - $140,000

The Company reserves the right to alter, change, abolish and even combine jobs depending upon changing conditions.
