Position Salary Range: $170,000

Job Description:

The employee will be responsible for establishing and coordinating logistics operation activities domestically and internationally. The duties will include: leading the Project Management Office for establishing Supply Chain Information Technology Infrastructure, along with establishing third-party logistics sites for fulfillment and customer service operations; managing relationships with global third-party logistics providers; overseeing wholesale order management activities for domestic and international accounts; overseeing inventory management, retail allocations, order management, inventory control, item master team; managing, supervising, and mentoring logistics team members to create a flexible and agile organization which can adapt to changing market trends; and working closely with the Information Technology  team to create system-driven sustainable processes to improve efficiencies, promote growth, and reduce costs.


Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, plus a Master’s of Business Administration. Eight (8) years of experience with Logistics and Supply Chains. Three (3) months training in Engineering and Systems Applications. Experience with engineering and complex problem-solving techniques; knowledge of Information Technology supply chain systems and applications; data analysis and project management; and planning, forecasting, and business applications.


Employee will be required to travel to Company’s distribution points domestically and globally. Travel locations will include Los Angeles, California; Easton, Pennsylvania; London and Manchester, United Kingdom; Toronto, Canada; and Sydney, Australia. Frequency of travel will be 1 to 2 times a year.
