Junior Quality Assurance
- Review functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of individual deliverables.
- Identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements and design test coverage plan.
- Develop, document and maintain functional test cases and other test artifacts like the test data, data validation, harness scripts and automated scripts.
- Execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases and report test results.
- Hold and facilitate test plan/case reviews with cross-functional team members.
- Identify any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate potential quality issues immediately to the project manager.
- Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements.
- Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met.
- Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes.
- Clear communicator (written and verbal) – to ensure the ability to write test plans and test cases.
- Creative solving of technical problems.
- Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables.
- Recording, analyzing and distributing statistical information.
- Backend database testing in Microsoft SQL environment including validating stored procs, jobs and triggers.

- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or MIS (Management Information Systems) or related field
- Previous experience in QA is a plus
- Knowledge in database testing in Microsoft SQL Server environments including designing and manipulating test data, validating stored procs, jobs, triggers and replication is a plus
- Ability to understand and create test cases from specifications or verbal communications
- Liaison with development, designers, project management, and customer support
- Previous experience in Mobile App testing (Android / IOS) is a must
- Experiences in Quality Management Software and Processes is a must
- Knowledge and experience in technical aspects of software solution being tested
- Business process understanding
