Hours: Monday – Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm

Responsibilities and duties:

• New Hire onboarding/orientation

• Source, recruit, screen, and on board excellent candidates

• Research, identify and utilize various sourcing tools needed to pursue both active and passive job seekers.

• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule

• Demonstrate professionalism and a positive attitude to promote the company way.

• Document applicant reviews and feedback in the applicant tracking system, ensuring communication of findings with the recruiting team.

• Administrative tasks such as audits.

• Team player and willing to help achieve business objectives

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong decision-making skills

• Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best candidates, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
