Customer Support - FlitWays

Customer Support | West Los Angeles | Full Time and Internship

Job Description

FlitWays is a Los Angeles travel technology based company; it offers a functioning state of the art Booking System (via online and mobile application). The company is currently seeking eager and energetic Customer support/Call Taker personnel.

 

Responsibilities:

Screening all incoming calls
Customer case collection
Coordinating with facility dispatchers
Scheduling customer request
Other basic office tasks (faxing, copying, etc.)

 

Ideal Candidate Has:

Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized
Ability to prioritize activities appropriately and determine which activities to act on first
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Ability to successfully perform in a matrix organization
Strong sense of urgency and very adaptable to change

 

Additional Information:

Our ideal candidate will have the ability to multitask and can work well in both a team environment and individually.

This is a full-time position. We are looking for someone who can start immediately and can work 40 hours a week, Mon-Fri.

This position works in conjunction with a supervisor as well as other office managers. Call takers must have strong customer service and critical thinking skills.
